I like that first render. The mask theme is cool....and masks in general intrigue me. So I stole it for future use. 🙂

well, sometimes too many details aren't good. You never know.

Here is my entry. My 1st attempt at smudging. I plan on getting better but I don't know when that will be.

Comparing...

okay, I'm taking a stab at this. It's a hard one.

I can see how IW was going for simple.
And there's sort of an action flash to HS's.
They're both top quality. But HS's is just a little too cluttered and IW's a little too blurry. Nothing else is going on to make it so blurry. Yet I like the border.
Both could work on the text.

But I can see how Human Smoke worked harder, and ultimately created more effect.
HS wins.
