Tempest 10/10. One of the strongest Titans ever.

Can we please do a Wolverine vs. a realistic opponent for him, please? This is just getting rediculous. ❌

Hold on. People say that Wolverine may be able to hold his own against Aquaman, due to his feral nature(voiding telepathy) and healing factor and adamantium skeleton. But he can't match what amounts to Aquamans little brother??
Garth can fly, is maybe class 25 and can fire beams of who knows what out his eyes. Yet he curbstomps Wolverine?? Does he have any DC speedfeats, like speed of sound type fast?? Or what are his major powers as a water mage??

Oh and what are good tpbs centered on Garth? I look to start a collection.

Tempest is a high level magic user, metal is usually bad for magics but Tempest could just freeze his brain.

My copy of the DC Comics Encyclopedia lists the following under "powers" for Tempest:

Amphibious; swims at speeds of 97.76 knots (85 mph); super strength; high resistance to deep-sea pressures; projection of powerful optic force blasts; manipulation of water currents; creation of whirlpools, can boil or freeze water; mystic powers include post-cognition; telepathy, dimensional travel, and astral projection; partially colorblind.

The full extent of his magic hasn't been revealed but he often uses it manipulate water in the environment and in his opponents the same way Iceman does. Wolverine won't respond well to a flash freeze.
