Read Avengers. The whole run. If you read any training sequence including Captain America giving instructions, you would know that the base rule is that there are no powers involved, which is why Spider-Man was pissed. You also said he "seems" to have the upper hand in the battle. Well, it can seem like anything all day, but it won't be. Also, Wolverine is going to sue his claws? He's filing a lawsuit? What did his claws ever do to him?
