Vader's "NO!" matched perfectly with GL's idea of a good scene.Just like a certain Anakin character we know of.
In the end, I looked at it as not being Anakin's voice or Vader's but a combination of the two as the final transition was made and Anakin died. It didn't sound much like either one of them really.
