Anyone wanna try or so that just KMC suicide? I'd accept a temp ban to overthrow a biased moderation regime but perm? Hmmm... then again, even in the KMC rules, it SHOULDNT be a ban!

The mods evidently take it upon themselves to defend each other in little buddy groups even if they are in fact wrong! Problem is, very few people dare challenge a mod's decisions and actions... maybe sometimes they get away with just too much crap!

Now that's just low. There must be some way to controle mods, i still think it's up to Raz.

I post on another site that has procedures set up for this type of thing, granted it is hard to get action taken against an administration member but if there are clear cases of abuse of power, or just plain stupidity in the moderation of a board, they will get demoted.

It is really in the best interest of the forum, community, and administration to have a open door policy that is fair and honest. Cronyism does nothing good for a site, and in the long run it ends up pushing contributing members of a community away, after a while all that would be left is stupid asses and ass kissers.

How is everyone today? I am happy cause my Mock Interview for Work Experince went better then expected today.

Cool. I'm OK, but I have work inspector guys coming in tomorrow and I was chosen to be interviewed... I'm kinda nervous and will probably forget!

Just be yourself, Doc. Like today one of my comic hating mates told me just before the interview that if you say that you read comics to the interviewer then you will not pass and I did not naturally followed his advice and ended up getting the high marks instead of my friend. And that taught me to be myself in a interview, never be afraid to truly say what is on your mind.
