I think the BEM takes the fight.

1-.x-man is one of the most powerful mutants.

2-.Cassandra nova is an extremely powerful psionist

3-.Juggs is nearly indestructible (probably is) and can dish serious firepower.

4-.Magneto is also very powerful.

5-.exodus is also a very powerful psionist and can absorb psionic energy, and he can use is telekinesis to increase is strength to unknown levels.

i know sups and the others have a great mental resistance but;
¿cassandra nova, x-man, and exodus?
¿you just put together some of the most powerful psionics and unleash them on the jla?
they would break their minds, and dont say that they have strong mental resistance, cassandra nova beated gladiator and some other members of the elite shiar guard, x-man has the power to beat the x-men alone, exodus is a very powerful mutant he fought holocaust and destroyed avalon in the process, these 3 have more than enough power to take out the jla, then you have magneto and jugs to sweten the deal.
This BEM is nerly invincible.

That's all good and all...but Flash is too fast for any of them.

if its in Antarctica and flash is dazzling them whit his speed then all jugs gotta do is hit the ground hard so the it breaks and then its fliers time.
