Omega is basically a cross between a clone of thanos, and galactus. He has about 4x the power of Galactus.

Omega's powers dwarfed those of Galactus. Nuff said.

I think that the only way Omega lost in Infinity Abyss was by a huge huge PIS and can be considered SMvFL of gigantic proportions. He was also recently fed around the time. No doubt the Thanosi would lose.

*oops* typo. Sorry i meant to say Thanoseid loses. A galactus/Thanos clone hybrid is much more scarier
