Team Psycho VS. The JLA/Avengers

Ok who takes it?

JLA and Avengers confront team Psycho on a desolate earth sized planet.

Team Psycho:

Warrior Madness Thor
Orion(Sans the motherbox fully enraged)
Mindless Hulk(Onslaught Busting Version)
Silver Surfer Bloodlust
Lobo(Normal version, no clone powers, Lobo is practically a natural born psycho)

VS.

The JLA/Avengers:

Superman
Hercules(Immortal Version)
Green Lantern Hal
Quasar
The Flash
Warbird
Wonder Woman
Iron Man
Steel
Wonder Man
Captain Atom(Normal powered)
Vision

Even though team one is uber powerful, I think the JLA/Avengers take a good majority of the wins. They are also powerful plus they outnumber team one.

can you add genis on the first team.Insane genis.......
