Dude , it's the basic principle behind the Nazi ideal. It's Blonde haired , Blue eyed people. In the nazi ideology their 'pure' . Whereas a person of foreign descent (IE black adam) Is scum to them.

Hitler believed in creating an Aryan race for Germany. The distinctive features of this race was blond hair and blue eyes and very stereotypical traits of German ancestors. He set about creating scapegoats for Germany's previous problems by focusing their anger on other races, primarily the Jews. (In the case of this comic, an Arab.) Hitler persecuted the Jews through three main stages, First was Isolation by moving them to Ghettos and revoking their German citizenship, secondly he persecuted them through events like Kristellnacht or the introduction of the Nuremburg laws. The final stage was the Holocaust, the mass extermination of millions of Jews, disabled people, homosexuals and anyone other than the Aryan race.

1. He never died apparently like Uncle Sam of the freeedom fighters he is linked to the Idea of Nazism and as long as the ideas of naizism survive so will Captain Nazi
