For ryu,BB Can crush a civilization with his voice.

Black Bolt wins with a single word.

Is Ryu a good fighter? Yes. Is Ryu capable of superhuman feats? Yes. Can Ryu beat someone who can destroy cities with a whisper? No. I mean, this is really pretty mismatched. The only way Ryu could possibly win would be if this was only H2H, but even then since BB has the strength advantage...
