Bump. I'd love to see a Dr Doom/Joker crossover.

Does anyone have the images of the scene where some police officers come to arrest him and they say something along the lines of "Your gas guns won't work on us Joker" and he replies "You know you're right!" and shoots them with two regular guns. I believe it was from one of the earliest issues with him.

Joker is able to control Chaos Rifts (which is quite unheard of.) This unique ability allows him to completely control the reality of his surroundings:

was this in a comic or only appeared in the batman masterpieces card set ?
