Does your IQ really matter when you up against an opponent who is nearly omniscient? he knows your every thought, your every secret, your every move. There is no amount of pep in the world that can protect you from being that potentially knows all.

Classic Thor could steal souls, I really don't believe thats going to help Batman too much in this fight.

Batman may have knowledge of Thor's abilities, but that doesn't mean he can counter them. Thor has to many abstract powers in his arsenal, to be countered and defeated.

Either way it's been shown that Odin with the odinforce has banned people from realms of existence, considering RKT is more powerful that Odin I think it's safe to assume he can do the same.
