Mastermind vs. Juggernaut
Ok. this might be streaching things but maybe not.
Juggernauts helmet protects him from mind assults and namely telepathic ones.
Mastermind is not a telepath but an illusionist. He even managed to create the dark phoneix with that slight ace up his sleave. Is anyone following my logic here.
He might be able to defeat the Juggernaut with the same ace.
