my friends (males) use the number of girls they sleep with as their measurement of life. i hate it when they brag.i used to think that life is measured by the duration of vitality and strength. someone made me change my belief.
a woman a good friend once told me ''life is not measured by the number of breaths you take. but the number of moments that take your breath away.''
when she told me that. that is one of the moments.
*Cracks knuckles* Okay, here we go....
Life is relative. To a person, a moment in their life, can be the life to another. To measure what can not be held, nor understood, is like to measure the sun with your thumb. If you counted the moments that life gives you, you would not be living life "by the moment" (the ultimate hieght of living if I may add) but you are simply only counting life away. Life isn't measured in moments, it is measured in change. How many times have you changed life? For the better? For the worse? Because if you don't live life, what have you to measure?
