etrigan has hellfire and magic on his side as well as superman level strengh or just a notch below also in the great darkness saga i believe he survived a galaxy wide explosion or blast or solar system wide he was KO'd but none the less lived i think

Hellfire never hurt Venom before, and DC's hellfire is pathetic. Still though, he has the magic edge. Venom loses.

Etrigan would handle Venom like the Sentry did Carnage.
