Do you have any idea as to exactly how powerful Ion really is? I doubt it. Ion has the power of all 7,200 rings of the Green Lanterns. Imagine one Green Lantern and then multiply that by 7,200 and you've got Ion. He's an omnipotent being that's just barely below Spectre in terms of power. He could take her down by himself.

And yet the Phoenix Force is Marvels equivalent of the Source, so him possessing the combined power of the guardians is irrelevant as that far from equates to the Source which is the origin point for all of DC creation and encompasses other powers such as the Speed Force, the Godwave etc.
The Phoenix Force manifests as the Big Bang which starts off Marvel creation and its power maintains it and ultimately ends it. Jean as the White Phoenix of Crown is the physical form of the force. She is far beyond the power of the guardians, she wields the power of Marvel creation. As an exercise of her power she materialised the 616 universe in the palm of her hand atom by atom. Its fallacious to believe a universal force such as the ones you've mentioned could stand up to her in light of feats like that. Know your stuff.

Dude, even if Ion wouldn't beat her, he's still got Parallax and Kismet there and I doubt they would lose.
