666 isnt the devil's number, apparently research was conducted and found that the devils number was 616.

Why was the particular number 666 deemed as satanic? I mean, it's just as good as 555 or 777...

666 is commonly known as the Number of the Beast in Revelations. Some maintain that recent discoveries show that 616 could possibly be the correct number of the beast, and not 666 as TheOnes2 already mentioned earlier.
