Beta Ray Bill Respect thread

Something I had fogotten. Stardust flips out because of the damage Bill did to Galactus, and references that it's happened before. (Thor's godblast)

How come when Bill took on thor when he was crazy and crontroled by that person ? he kinda got beat up...shouldn't Bill have won or was thor boosted in some way, cuz he kinda beat surfer too!

Bill just wanted to calm Thor down. He coulda put Thor down, but he probably would have had to kill him at that point.

In their first fight BRB only defeated Thor because he reverted back to his mortal form of D.B..

Their second fight was rigged by Odin in BRB's odds, so he could again tech Thor some humility.

And what visible edge did it give to Bill? Just because he was at his peak in an area with heat doesn't mean he was amped beyond all means.

Ok disarmed doesn't = victory, especially considering that enchantment no longer haunts Thor.

No it gives him a boost, the Korbinites excel in extreme heat thus is the reason he was able to get up before Thor.

Well apparently were going to be getting a powerful version of Beta Ray Bill in Omega Flight stated by Oeming in an interview.

Looking forward to it.

Sweetness. Maybe he's gonna be the cure for Clor. Every Civil War book so far gives a lot of attention to different titles, but Omega Flight has only one mention.

We'll just have to see. Beta killing Clor would make my day.

Technically it's not coming out till April, so were a long ways to go. They also appear in two of the Civil War: One shots that are coming out in March I believe.
