Slade's reactions are at the speed of his thought process. Though this is quick, it does NOT make him quicker than Spider-Man, who can move 15x quicker than a normal man, or Quicksilver who is even quicker than Spider-Man.
How fast can QS run? His bio says 750mph, Slade's reactions are faster.
Slade's mind is superhumanly fast, 10x fast. His reflexes move at those same speeds. Human thought is 250mp, since Slade's body moves as fast as his mind, his reflexes are about 2500mph.

Slade tagging Kid Flash. Now, there are two things to keep in mind here.
1. Kid Flash is not moving full speed in a sprint, so this is not his quickest.
2. Slade is getting tagged at a very rapid pace. He was able to dodge one hit, then roll with the momentum and tag him.
Flash was fighting fast enough to be near invisible at the start. He slowed down to something above sound.
Slade countered it using his own super speed. Seriously, you can't COUNTER and dodge a punch if you aren't as fast as the punch.
Also, as Slade said "I'm fast, too". And since Impulse wasn't going above sound, Slade was indeed faster.

Yes, yes he is. He has a healing factor AND an uber suit. He took those rounds without having to heal. He 100% is that durable.

This is the instinct mode. This is where he can mentally put himself to where his only thoughts are on survival, due to his 90% brain control. It allows him to push past pain easy.
No, it's due to his meta stats. His ENTIRE body was made superhuman, including his durability.

This is where his 5 or so ton strength comes in. He's strong enough to move Wonder Woman. There's still no precognition, considering she was able to hit him. She wasn't really pushing herself.
You're missing the point. WW is a herald level being, and Slade gave her trouble. Also, you missed the biggest point: The comic says Slade IS INDEED faster than Wonder Woman. There goes the "He has no superspeed" argument.

Superman is NOT moving at full speed there, even though it's a great show of agility on Slade's part. He's very good with acrobatics, but don't kid yourself into thinking Slade is trying.
Not, Superman isn't moving full speed. But, the next page shows Superman saying "You're FASTER than your billing, mister. I wasn't even able to react to use my heat vision in time" Again, emphasizing Slade's speed.

Slade did NOT know where she was until Cheetah pointed her out.
They downplay his senses when he's in a group, otherwise, how else are you going to use Cheetah if Slade can do it himself?
Slade's senses are wolverine level if not more. Oh, they ALSO "forgot" to mention Slade has built in radar in his mask.

No he doesn't. He (Slade) simply says he's on par or even faster than kid Flash. An issue earlier, Slade side stepped Starfires beam with Kid Flash was too slow to do.

Tactics again. He was able to outsmart his opponent, but by no means defeated them. He just escaped. A huge difference.
Slade had no powers at the time, no super strength/speed/healing or otherwise. He was also tired from just fighting a 12 or two superheroes including a GL. So, basically it's a normal human v aquaman and Slade still came out on top.
Now, I've been throwing this pic around like crazy to those who say that Slade can evade anyone uber in DC if they're moving full speed. Slade vs Superman:
Superman's blasts move at light speed, the Flash himself probably couldn't have dodged it. But, Slade's reflexes were fast enough to notice the blast before it hit him.
Slade cannot speedblitz
He can and has many, many times. He can blitz a normal human close up as if they were standing still.
He does NOT have superspeed.
That's news to his creator and 99% of his non-batman feats. He has a decent amount of superspeed, his creator said "He can hang with Flash for the first few steps."
He has superspeed.
