Marvel: Ultimate Alliance

So no playable Hulk? Does he only show up in the cutscene?

No playable Hulk. Period.

As far as cutscenes go, I bought the game and don't have many cutscenes as of yet, but i'm still confused as to two cut scenes that apparently aren't in the game that I saw in trailers.

1) The marvel heroes walking toward screen in darkness and spiderman lands in front of them.

2) Spiderman is cornered by a couple of bots, webs one to the ceiling and punches the other.

you do realize that they put cutscenes in ads that are not going to be in the game right 😕

look at XL2 there was an ad that showed you fighting Apoc in a subway that never happens

Did u charged the hammer? It wont do anything if u just hit it.

I rented/beat JLH with a friend and I think I'll rent Ultimate Alliance as well.

From what I've read here and other places, the game doesn't seem to have much replay value.

What do you mean by charge the Hammer? How do you do that?

I don't really like this game. One tiime playthrough and that's it...Nothing special.

I can't belive people have been giving 10/10s for this game. It feels too much like Legends to be that good. There could be lot more powers/gameplay differences.

I love the characters and the graphics, but that's about it. The story is bit fatfetched too.

Am I the only one that thinks that some characters are rather useless and weak? Deadpool can easily take down bosses by himself. And I just took down Gladiator down with just Thing 😄

I got it yesterday and I think I'm bored of it already after a few levels. The only reason I'll play through it is I'm a comics fan and want to see all the story and characters, but gameplay wise its really dissapointing.

Yeah i'm not in any rush to play through it again. I liked the characters and depth of the story. And honest work went into the game, but the gameplay feels less rewarding than X-Men legends; for some reason it doesn't feel as satisfying hitting enemies in Ultimate Alliance as in Legends.

Anybody know how to free Lilandra? I beat the stage but she is still trapped in the machine thing. I have pretty much destroyed everything on that level. Any suggestions?

I think he was asking about Lilandra and not Deathbird.

I used Spider-Man's (trivia) Spider-Sense to slow time and then pounded away with his web-bullets and then Sue's force bolts. Rinse and repeat.
