I dunno. He's got that powerful attack by opening up his chest and was pretty uber fast and agile too like Movie Spider-man. But i think he was marginally weaker in terms of strength compared to spidey.

Err.... yeah. I dunno, it's been YEARS since I've seen the Guyver anime, or read the (tragically few) manga volumes that were published in the U.S. (It got cancelled due to low sales with only 11 or 12 volumes translated, I think.)

I recall that from the way the anime showed Guyver speedblitzing, he'd probably have a lot more raw speed than Spidey. On the other hand, Parker's Spider Sense would protect him and allow him to sidestep most charges. It also makes a lot of difference on what point in the series you're talking about. Sho discovers a lot more abilities and becomes redonculously powerful later on, but back when he was a rookie I think Parker's experience would edge him out despite the Guyver's enhancements.
