The thing is, that would explain why he never seems happy in the OT. He dedicated his life to being a Jedi and the only women he EVER loved only ended up sha**in' the Dark Lord of the Sith. She had 2 kids to him, Ani went mental and cleared off. Ben was lumbered with the task of looking after one of Vader's kids. And what thanks did he get? A load of abuse and a clip round the napper with a lightsabre. What a kick in the knackers!!!

But he had a nice beard.

Oh yes of course. I liked the nicotine stained moustache.
