She'd be lucky to get past 2 or 3, but more than likely, she either gets stopped at 4 or 5.

You don't know much about Phoenix do you? She punked Galactus and Darkseid instantly. The Phoenix force was the power TOAA used to create Marvel universe and the abstracts Eternity, Infinity, Oblivion, and Death. The ONLY one on this list with even a small prayer is Spectre but Spectre vs Phoenix is really TOAA vs The Presence.
