Okay, I'll try to keep this simple. Amity wins. I loved what he did with the background and the blending, and the text is very well implemented.

NWO, I have to say, you have really improved. A couple points: try to bring out the background a bit more. Make the whites whiter and the darks darker. 😉

Also, try changing the blend mode of the faded render. It will look better than simply lowering the opacity.
