In order for something to be the best, it means that it has to be better then the rest......Something Gundam Epyon is not....If it can't beat opponents from a distance, it's not the best...

No, for many reasons;

1: I'm not arguing about Devil Gundam.
2: It'll be closed.
3: It's really no fight....The only way Devil Gundam loses is if no ones in the Core.

It's alright....Kind of bland though....I don't personally think it's very powerful either.
