Rachel Grey vs. Wonder Woman

It's been said that Rachel Grey once lifted a city, can she beat WW?

If she can do that then Wonder Woman dies.

Mind rape ensues.

Wonder womans immune to telepathic attack. It would be down to Rachels tk.

Wonder woman wins via speed blitz

If with prep (tk forcefield) Rachel wins.

What about those shields of hers? You're the x-pert on the Summers family, GS.

Wonder woman can move at speeds far exceeding the speed of thought. Unless Rachel is allowed to go into battle with shields up then she loses. Wonder woman will be able to reach her before she can think and generate a shield.

How much faster than thought can she move?
