Spider-Man- The guys speed, spider-sense and wall crawling ability make him one of the best in powerset to be in espionage

Hawkeye- Sniper. Nuff said

Iron Man- All his armaments make it easy for him to carry out surveilance plus who is more heavily armed than him

Stealth 1: Blade -not showing up on camera and his superhuman speed would definitely come in handy, and his experience leading vanguard and being a part of MI:13
Stealth 2: Nightcrawler - teleporting and his agility and stealth makes him the best for this job

Nightcrawler - For teleporting and hiding in shadows, the "invisible" stealth team mate

Mystique - Ability to shapeshift makes her a perfect "visible" stealth team mate

1 Sniper/Recon -

Bullseye - Best aim of them all, plus has adamantium.

H. Weapons -

War Machine - Military training, and has all of Tony's resources if he should ask for them.

[Stealth] Invisible Woman - You think Bullseye and War Machine aiming for you is scary? Imagine an invisible Bullseye and War Machine

[Sniper] Ultimate Hawkeye - Used his own nails to kill guys. Badass.
