No way. Stick wins. His telepathic and telekinesis powers, as well as being able to drain power and life force from an enemy....

Plus his uber martial arts. He'd beat Wolvie 7/10 IMO

No. Don't you remember in the Frank Miller run when he drained those many Hand ninjas of their life force?

I wondered about that but I wasn't sure whether or not it was official or whether there were any other instances

FYI Stick lost his soul draining power when he died and resurrected himself.
