Chewie would win because he is about 5 times bigger than Yoda so he could just pick him up and friggen through him across the room. He also has sharp claws that would rip Yoda apart. Yoda is just too small to do that much damage to Chewie in a hand to hand fight.

I have this morbid image of Yoda flipping like a monkey and Chewie just football punting his ass across the desert.

My money's on Chewie...
