Who is Comic's Stongest Being, Phisically?

Overall Power - Living Tribunal or TOAA
Physical Strength - too many factors to consider.

Physical Strength = He-Man/Hulk/etc.
Overall Power = HOTU, LT, TOAA, The Presence, etc.

When was the last time God came down and lifted anything?

Superman in that Elseworlds type story line, that is being sold as we speak, can lift 200 quintillian tonnes, and with one hand no less. Of course he absorbed a huge amount of sunlight which is killing him, but I was pretty impressed with that feat. I think anyone else would be crushed by the weight, except for Thanos with the Power Gem.

When you're omnipotent, you shouldn't HAVE to lift something. That's why you don't see the LT go throwing mountain ranges with his pinkie in Marvel. It serves no purpose.

Uhmmm, as far as Superman beating Goku is concerned (and I'm talking about regular Superman) I just don't think he could. Goku was written to be as strong as Superman when he became a Super Saiyan, but when he got to Super Saiyan 4... forget about it. Saiyans are stronger than men, and Super Saiyans are stronger than super men.
I think this was what the writers of DBZ were aiming for.
