Skull believes in survival of the fittest, so does Doom (although for him it translates to Survival of Doctor Doom sucka). Arguably capitalist ideas.

Marvel has stated in solicits for some time now that Dark Reign comes to an end at the end of this year. problems have already risen for the Cabal. since the very first issue, Doom and Namor planned to overthrow Norman. later, Doom reincarnated Attuma and gave him new powers and ordered him to take out Namor when the time was right. Namor and Emma have already disbanded from the Cabal. Loki has manipulated everyone around him since the word go, and of course the Hood is now Loki's new subordinate.
