A side question for you: If the people who did this film were non-Christian, can you contribute sin to their actions? If a person is not part of the covenant, does the concept of sin apply, if the definition of sin be a braking of a covenant?

i comitted sin just by posting this. if a person is not part of the covenant then hes not part of it. no covenant is broken.

Then according to the bible, a person who is not a Christian is only subject to the sin of Adam. So, to call an atheist a sinner is incorrect.

well i interpreted the bible as anyone who doesnt believe in christ is a sinner. i mean thats pretty much whats in the new testament. but hey i am subject to human errors. athiest MIGHT be a sinner.

What? Could you...please...what? What?

this is what the bible said. all men have sinned. the payment for sin is death. but you can be redeemed. follow christ and you will be redeemed. (paraphrased because too lazy to get the bible and quote it)

Isn't laziness a sin? 😆

I don't believe in the Christian mythology.

The movie Seven taught me a great deal about the Seven deadly sins!

What, did YOU learn about the Seven Deadly Sins, besides what they are, by watching the Movie Seven?

Not much I already knew them, I was raised a Catholic! However they did add more drama and flare to the sins over the bible, huh!

That certainly, a very good movie. I was just wondering, cause personally I did not derive much insight towards the deeper wisdom of the 7 Deadly Sins.

Well then you would have to say that god had also sinned knowing what was going to happen and not stopping it and creating evil....Because scripture says god created everything for HIS pleasure...meaning evil and good....There is another scripture that states that god created evil also...........so, the god of the bible is an evil sinful god.

or that could be your interpretation/conclusion that god is an evil god.

if God created both good and evil that would put him as a Neutral type of God. not evil.

well, the general idea is (or so I was told) that God created everything and gave us free will so that evil comes about because of our decisions...

Why would a god create evil and then damn billions to an everlasting torment for the sin of one of his creations ALL FOR HIS GOOD PLEASURE as scripture states?

Because he values freedom more than goodness?
