Gotta disagree with you there. J'onn has more powers than Kal, but he doesn't have as good toughness or strength without amping them with shifting, and definitely less endurance.

J'onn either uses a lot of his powers in a fight, and normally runs out of steam pretty fast as they do take energy, or he fights more like a conventional brick in which case he can last for awhile, but not as long as Clark or Di.
