I'm inclined to agree with Soujaboy on this. I'm not a big a supporter of Juggernaut but I believe in supporting the facts and Juggernaut is too much for little ole Jeaney to handle.

Jean Grey 10/10 she can fly out of his effective fighting range whilst removing his helmet and skull-cap telekinetically before taking him out with a tp assault. Jugg may be able to throw things but Jean will easily be able to deflect projectiles via shields
