Because he already has. Also, he can channel electrons and boost any of his abilities. I also have a feeling that he has some sort of resistance, since his body is what's causing it.

I think juggernaut could take it. As for Superman... when he braces himself I have never seen him get hurt, but when he doesn't, things like heart failure occur when guys like Doomsday punches him in the chest.

So here's my take on it, Superman will survie if he is braced, but if he isn't he gets erased.

Superman can fly through a sun when he is braced, or a planet.Which leads me to believe that when he does this, he's more durable than most substances in the DC universe. I didn't know that Black Bolt could destroy a universe with his powers.

Along the same lines I don't remember if it was the Flash novel 'Stop Motion' or the comics but when he ran to the end of the universe he saw an aged Superman just floating there.

And one more half-jokingly I remember a pre-crisis(I) Superman vs Captain Marvel where one super-screamed and knocked the other for a loop though the fight wasn't over.

Uh, in this fight however, I know Superman will survive. However like being hit with Shazam's bolt, it will leave him ripe for a one punch knockout. Next fight though...
