I want to make the most powerful team I can with out using any one like the LT or TOAA and only using marvel. This is my current roster. I need to cut it down to 6.

who should i cut

Well if you don't want to use beings like LT you would have to get rid of Phoenix
In terms of lowest power I would say Silver Surfer and Marvel Herc are pulling the bottom of the barrel.
