Watched Strikeforce, and holy balls! Good event... F'n Baroni and Shamrock tried to kill each other, it was great.

awesome event. I give it an A for sure. the only bad thing was Goldberg. worst commentator EVER.

every single fight was worth a watch. even the prelim fights were good.

if i were to bet, i'd definitley put my money on Shamrock. i see Baroni gassing out real fast.
and i was right. Baroni started out strong, but went downhill real fast. he needs to work on his cardio.

They showing it on Showtime anytime soon? Did Crazyhorse fight?

if anyone wants the fights, just send me a PM.

Crazyhorse wasn't on the card.
Dude, Baroni is a warrior... You have to take him to decision or choke him unconscious. There is no quit in that guy.

SPOILERS

damn i feel bad for Manny. he won round 1 and had a freak accident in round 2. bad luck. we will definitley see him in the future though.

watching Penn vs Pulver now.

Penn by submission.I don't think it was any suprise though.Pulver is a good fighter though.I still remember the soccer kick from hell at one of the Pride Bushido's.

Penn put on a BJJ clinic.

i disagree. Penn was obviously going to win, but he wasn't impressive. he was already tired at the end of round 1.

Penn is going up to WW, but i think that's a bad idea.

Armbar, triangle, takedowns, mount, RNC, etc... He toyed with him on the mat.

you misunderstood my post. he was impressive on the ground thats for sure, he always is, but in interviews he was supposedly working on his conditioning, but i didn't see that. he looked really tired. Penn can be unstoppable if he just gets better conditioning. he should have won that 2nd fight with matt hughes.

I'm LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read some of the stuff on Crocops website.Talk about bad translations.

😆

spoiler for those that did not watch the Baroni vs Shamrock fight.

i'm glad they squashed all the animosity

HaHa!

Franks still the Shit.Even after all these years he's great.I would love to see him fight a higher calibur of a fighter. If you ever get a chance read the book Brawl. Not only does it have a lot on MMA history, but they have alot of great stuff on Frank,Ken,Bas,etc.

Baroni is entertaining but it looks like Frank sent him to school.

Just got back from a small show in J-ville, FL. Had some decent fights... My trainer won by armbar in the 1st. A few pro's were there: Arlovski, Lister, Kang, Crazy Horse, not fighting of course. Arlovski is still rockin' the mullet.

It's amazing how many how profile fighters show up for these smaller events.Shows these guys don't have their heads stuck up their ass.

Arlovski was doing autographs for 10$. Dean Lister had to be escorted from cageside by security, for some reason. Seth Petruzelli had a shirt on that said "Silverback: the smallest penis to dominate the animal kingdom," pretty funny... Crazy Horse did his back flip off the cage. There was a HW on the card named Conan Dunn, he got KTFO.

Anderson Silva is my hero
