Darkhawk vs Spiderman

After some consideration I think that this is a very fair fight.

Darkhawk has a chance he's on par with strength and durability plus he has a but load of other powers. Go Darkhawk but Spiderman does have more experiance and spidersense so It won't be easy but Darkhawk wins

I don't know here. Darkhawk isn't stronger, he's not faster but he has the flight advantage plus shields and blasts. He can heal though, but he has to become vunerable first to do so. I think Spider-Man takes a small majority here. 6/10
