Flash (Wally West) can tap the speedforce. Classic Juggernaut can tap the full power of Cyttorak. Wolverine has the power of the Phoenix and has mastered it. No BFR.

Hm...Probably Flash. He could run to the end of time itself, indirectly destroying the other two.

it would be between the flash and juggernaut. becasue the flash could use the speedforce, but jugg is immuned to physical injury and knows where all enemies are at, at all times with his mystic radar. so i'd say a draw prabobly. they'd do nothing to each other.
