Give him his new Extremis Armor and access to his other armors for the last 2 to even it out.

i can't see any of his armor getting past ww for the majority, though he could certainly make a fight out of it and win a couple.

If he gets past 6, that's a big if, Supes takes him down.

No CIS for Crusher? The character is, in fact, stupid.

"Extremis" isn't so much a new armor, as it is an interface to the armor. Tony hacked his nervous system and supporting organs in order to interface with the armor directly, as he would his own musculature. It's sensors and data inputs feed his mind directly and the armor reacts to his imperitives with virtually no latency. He now has speedster type reflexes, can hear cellphone chatter, and see through satalites.

It's not that he's more powerful exactly, but simply more effective.

WW might still be too much, but maybe not. Supes would definitely stop him.

Gets to 7. With access to all his armours, and his current Extremis levels he could take WW IMO.
