i'll say IM. it seems very reasonable to assume he would have weapons in his arsenal that could affect or disrupt vision, even while intangible. sonics, for instance. perhaps some energy discharge as vihz tries to faze through him -- the only way vihz can win, btw.
i think tony has too many options available to him, and he's too damn smart.
Iron Man maybe could before the Iron Lad incarnation, actually is this the IL version?
If IM has his extremis armor Vision might be hosed, he hasnt had the same upgrades we still need to see what IL will do for him.
PreExtremis I would go Vision 6/10................I wanna see what the new IL is gonna pull from his hat.

I keep hearing that and yet Vision is a computer with all the Avenger files........................meaning he creates battle scenarios and reactions faster then IM.
Anyway we'll see what Iron Lad Vision will work out to be.
