In a forward fight, I'd give to Clops. In a setting, Bats would get a few. In a comic? He'd never see Bats coming.
It's strange... I never understood why so many people hate Scott. He's a great leader of the X-Men (he's no Captain America kind of leader, but still a very good leader in his own right). He thinks fast and reacts fast and has a very strong personality.
There's nothing wrong with Cyclops.
Oh, and for the record, Cyclops wins.

This kind of thing is part of why I stopped reading X-Men. I remember a time when Cyclops's beams were LESS powerful without his visor to concentrate and focus them. The whole team got a series pointless and/or unexplained powerups and personality transplants over the course of the 90s. The X-Men I knew were replaced by impostors.

I'd give Scott this fight, unless Batman has time to study him, his powers, and his techniques.
Cyclops wins this one. I think the reason a lot of people hate Cyclops is that they've portrayed him as a dick, with all the leaving his wife behind (TWICE!), fantasizing about other women when his wife is around, and other such things. Personally, I like him, but I wish they got rid of him being a dick.
I'd take Cyclops over Wolverine any day. He's a leader and the head of the Xmen. I salute and respect him.
However, we know that if Scott loses his sunglasses or visor he cannot control his optic blasts. Leaving him with the only option to close his eyes.
If Batman gets a clear shot to throw a batarang at the visors then Cyclops could loose the balance of the fight. Since Batman is master in stealth and sneak then Summers is out cold with a single punch.
