How do I explain his wins against vastly superior foes? I attribute those victories to the writers at Marvel knowing that the more insanely ridiculous feats that wolvie does, the more popular he becomes and the more comics they sell.

I agree that these things happen too frequently to be consider PIS. I look it more as a total inconsistency and ridiculous suspension of rules and disbelief that has been culture in the Marvel Universe in order to keep a popular character palatable to his fans.

So long as it isn't an isolated incident. Are jumps that high in his usual repetoire? Does he jump like that whenever it'd get him out of a jam? Or is this one of those feats that an illustrator draws once every 7 or 8 years so that it helps a plot or scene along?

naw he has quite a lot of those showings. he did it constantly when facing sentinals.

I've honestly never seen him do that more than just that one showing that capt is posting. But I would love to be proven wrong.
