I forgot what I did Friday night. Saturday morning a friend of Tom's (Dave) called and said he broke up with his fiancee (very long story) and he came up from Maryland for the weekend. We drank and had chicken BBQ Saturday night, then took the waverunner down to the river for the day on Sunday and met up with Tom's other friend who has a boat. There was actually 7 of us all together. So we were out on the water til around 5:30, then came home and I made hamburgers and we had burgers and brats on the grill and then we all crashed. Up at 5:00 this morning...Dave left, Tom went to rent the trowel machines for the concrete for the garage floor, I got showered and ready, Scott and his friend showed up 6:30, Tom got back at 7:00 and the first cement truck arrived at 7:15. I left for work at 7:30. The next truck was coming at 9:00. I'm ready for next weekend...... 😘 😘 😘
I was really shitfaced on friday and with a note from my doctor that was not for me at all it made chaos and confusion complete.
I was so mad when I found out about the mistake on Saturday it ruined the entire day. well almost around 17:00 I siped my first beer for the day and with cool music I came back on track. Didnt get nearly as drunk as friday though
Well the niece (Rachel)whose birthday it was couldn't drink cause she is pregnant (again, though planned this time) so my other niece (Julie) and my sister (Jill) and I drank. Then we went back to my sister's house and drank a little more. But I had to drive home so I only had one more. My sister lives in Harrisburg and from our house its about a 50 minute drive one way.
Oooh, I decided to have a Sundy night drink and today I've suffered for it. 🙁
Why do I convince myself that if I buy 2 bottles of red wine, I'll only drink 1? Crazy fool. 🙄
Mind you, I don't think it was the wine that got me. I think it was the 4 cans of strong cider before that did the damage. I bought those for a drink in the week too. Doh!
