Meh, but I guess someone needs to get the proverbial ball rolling, so whatever.

Indeed. And I've started somewhat of a GIMP craze over in the comics section. There's at least 4-5 new people using it in the last month or so. We're tentatively planning a comic-themed sig competition in a couple weeks too, exclusively for comic sig makers and/or regular members in the comics section (not to be elitist or anything...we just don't all want to get pwned by all the regular sig makers who are sweet... 😉 ). So yeah, numbers have been booming.
