Why would Superman suddenly attack his friend? He doesn't know Batman is after him.
Batman with enough prep time can reproduce K.gloves, calls up Superman into the Bat-cave saying he needs Superman's help in a case, brings out the k.gloves and chokes him with it.

A. It wasn't said weather he had help or not...regardless though he has AI and tech at his disposal....He coulda done all the same things with that stuff.
B. Maybe so but the plan ect. was viable.
C. No but one of Lex's Krypto suits would be used. Really though what makes you think he couldn't get/make something along those lines?

Oh yeah, to Superman having k.hulk hands instantly means Batman is going to kill him. Superman is always this distrusting of others, esp. his friend. And he always goes for the kill, without asking questions.
Superman will probably ask Bruce why he is wearing k.gloves. Batman says he found out someone's been producing them, and he is close to finding out who. He says needs Superman's help. Batman says it's okay, he sprayed it lead particulates to negate it's effects. Superman comes closer, and falls into Batman's trap. The whole Batcave is full of special K juice. Batman proceeds to pound Superman to death.
