Dr. House on the Island

So last night, before I watched LOST, I watched the part 2 of the House special. I was thinking, what would happen if Dr. House was on that island. Let's say instead of Jack.

I think Dr. House would be hiding his kane for the entire season in fear of Locke stealing it!
