Surfer takes a beatdown

I think Hyperstorm wins easily. I just made this thread because quite a few people seem to think Surfer could take down Psi-Lord (from Psi-Lord vs Heralds of Galactus thread). So it seemed like fair match.

I'm a huge Surfer fanbut he cannot win this.
