I was thinking that Bullseye had a adamantium skeleton just like Wolverine...instead of just an adamantium spine...if this is the case, then I could see him making it to Deadpool then and then maybe losing to him, but I didn't know that just Bullseye's spine was adamantium; I was thinking his entire skeleton was adamantium.....so, my bad...

Even unarmed Captain America and Batgirl have a very good chance of stopping Bullseye. They are both far better fighters than him and outclass him physically. Cap has super soldier serum and isn't Batgirl low-level metahuman? Someone told me she was 4 times base-line human or something like that.
Anyway, he's not getting past Deadpool.Man's healing factor is what? Hulk level...

Actually it's beyond that because he litterally can't die. So he heals from EVERYTHING. Death put a curse on him. 😉

Bear in mind this was waaaaayyy before any of his healing factor upgrades............
Also, is Bullseye's adamantium spine the same magic adamantium bones that somehow make ligaments, muscles, and tendons industructable too? If you break someone's neck, it's not by breaking the bones. Also, having adamantium bones does not protect your organs from impact. There's no way he's getting past DP.

Cap's hero-aura alone beats him.
But, let's just say for the sake of arguement that he beats Captain America.
There's no way, absolutely no way in the world (even comicbook land) he could beat Deadpool. No way at all.
Especially since 'pool has that crazy regeneration thing and is a much better fighter. He'd take Bullseye's knives from out of his own body and cut his throat.
Or, he'd talk Bullseye to death. One or the other. No no... wait...
Deadpool would probably say, "Whoa, you got past Captain America? Dude, let me buy you a beer, this is a retarded thread anyway." They'd laugh and have a good time, and then DP kills Bullseye when he passes out.
