thor vs cap marvel - thor (8/10) in the Dc vs Marvel crossover Thor stole his lightning from cap... or somethin.. BUT if Captain Marvel got in really close range to thor and started poundin on him the Cap Marvel would win.
Superman vs Sentry - ya know. i can't answer this cos i just dont know enuff about the sentry. i wud say Superman tho cud Sum1 please enlighten me about the Sentrys powers and strength levels?
Wonderwoman vs Binary - wonderwoman of course. (10/10) Just because..
GL Hal vs Silver Surfer - TIE (5/10) Silver Surfer won the DC vs Marvel crossover but that was Kyle Raynor not Hal. And to be honest, wasn't much of a fight more like a jousting contest. against Hal i'm sure it would be a lot more even.
Current Flash after IC7 VS Quiksilver - Quiksilver (10/10) although im assuming this is post Son of M Quiksilver. If not, Flash 10/10
Dr Strange vs Dr Fate - i'm not going to comment on this cos i know nothing of Dr Fate and would be biased to Say Dr Strange.

If its a team battle, I say DC wins because most of those Marvel characters havent worked together enough to get to know each other
In single matches I think all the Marvel characters would beat DC
